He said, ‘ERCP is an ambitious scheme and this scheme was started by Union Minister CR Patil in Surat under the leadership of PM Modi. This is a huge task and I can say that this scheme will prove to be a boon for Rajasthan. There is a lot of water shortage in Rajasthan. In such a situation, installing 160,000 borewells will be a huge task. This work has started in Sirohi and Jodhpur. This scheme will show a new path to Rajasthan. This will be a big step in the field of developed Rajasthan and developed India.
45 thousand villages of 3 states will benefit
CM Sharma gave this statement after talking to Union Jal Shakti Minister CR Patil and Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav on the ‘Karmabhoomi to Matribhoomi’ campaign. While sharing the picture of the meeting held on Thursday, CM wrote on Instagram, ‘Through this campaign, shafts will be constructed in 45 thousand villages of Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat and Bihar to recharge ground water, which will promote water conservation. This campaign will write a new chapter in the field of water conservation. PM Modi will visit Rajasthan twice in December
