Jaipur : 16 doctors posted here from SMS Medical College for the purpose of developing Jaipur RUHS have joined on Friday. Now all these doctors will provide services in RUHS. These include doctors from cardio, neuro, nephro, ortho, gynecology and other departments. With their joining, the patients coming to the hospital will be able to get treatment for all diseases at the primary level.
However, due to lack of all types of tests and residents and other staff in the hospital, there is no proper arrangement for surgery, delivery and admission. Experts say that unless RUHS itself recruits at the college level, it will be very difficult to run the system relying on ‘temporary’ doctors. This is also because the doctors appointed here are feeling cheated and they are not even willing to work here. Even before this, most of the doctors who were posted in RUHS through SMS had taken court stay and went back to SMS, but this time the government has strictly sent them here.
It is known that in RUHS, Sohan Sharma of Cardiology Department, Dr. Peddu Jayanath from Gastrology, Dr. Hanuman Ram from Surgery, Dr. Rohit Babel from Neurosurgery, Dr. Suman Bala from Gynecology, Dr. Jyoti Saini, Dr. Ramesh Chand, Dr. Suwaram Saini, Dr. Vikas Rohilla from ENT, Dr. Arun Sharma from Orthopedics, Dr. Alok Upadhyay from Pediatrics, Dr. Dhanshyam Swami, Dr. Yogesh Yadav, Dr. Pankaj Nitharwal from Radiodiagnosis, Dr. Nikhil Aggarwal from PMR have been appointed.
