New Delhi, November 29 (IANS). IPS officers of the 1984 batch organized a special lunch meeting on the occasion of their ’40th Anniversary Celebration’ at Chandigarh Golf Club on Friday. In which Punjab Governor Gulab Chand Kataria attended as the chief guest.
