2 accused arrested for blocking the road to death in Banswara

Banswara : Sunil son of Mansingh Damor, resident of Tatiya, deceased in Kotwali police station area on 4th October, got injured in an incident of assault and was admitted to Udaipur hospital and undergoing treatment. Who died during treatment.

Kotwali police station officer Devi Lal conducted the post-mortem of the dead body of Sunil and sent it to Udaipur to hand over the body to the family members.

Reached the deceased’s village Tatiya where the heirs and villagers of the deceased Sunil blocked the road.

The accused and the concerned contractor were adamant on paying the amount of death penalty on the death of the deceased. A demonstration was held by keeping the dead body on the road. Refused to cremate the dead body.

A case was registered in Ghatol police station and investigation was done. While carrying out the investigation, the accused who were protesting on the spot were identified through videography. In which Rajesh Katara son of Amra Katara resident of Tatia, Prabhulal Dindor son of Khatu Dindor resident of Tatia were arrested on Monday. After investigation on Tuesday, they presented them in the court and sent them to the district jail and the search for other accused is going on.
