Sikar : Gokulpura police station of Sikar district, taking action, has arrested two miscreants with a country-made pistol and two live cartridges. The miscreants were planning to commit a major crime in the area, but the police caught them before that.
While giving information, Gokulpura police said – The police team had gone on patrol in the area. During this time, the police received information from the informer that two suspicious persons were sitting near the wall of Devli Johri Government School. They likely have weapons. After this the police team reached the spot. When the police team reached the accused, they tried to run away, but the police surrounded and caught both the miscreants. When the police searched the miscreants, a country-made pistol and two live cartridges were found in their possession.
Police arrested the accused from the spot. The arrested accused have been identified as Prakash Meena (21) and Deepak Meena (22). Both the arrested accused are residents of Gothra (Jhunjhunu). Accused Deepak Meena has 16 criminal cases registered against him in Sikar, Udaipurwati, Sikar and Jhunjhunu, while Prakash Meena has 9 cases registered against him in Udaipurwati, Ranoli, Sikar and Jhunjhunu. At present the police have registered the case and started investigation. Constables Harish, Hansraj and Jaisingh played a special role in the action.
