21 thousand people got house lease in Rajasthan, happy faces of people

Jaipur : On Wednesday, on the day of Gandhi Jayanti, about 21 thousand people in Rajasthan got great news. Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma handed over residential leases to 21 thousand people of Rajasthan. In this program, CM Sharma said, “Under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the central and state governments are continuously working towards realizing Mahatma Gandhi’s idea of ​​cleanliness and poor welfare. He said that the Prime Minister has made efforts for the welfare of laborers, farmers in the country. Youth and women are considered as four castes and the schemes are being implemented keeping the upliftment of these classes at the centre.”

Patta received in a program organized in Durgapura

CM Sharma was addressing the ‘Swachh Bharat Mission Rural and Residential Patta Distribution Program’ organized at the State Agricultural Management Institute, Durgapura on Wednesday. He said that October 2 is the birthday of two great men of the country, Gandhiji and former Prime Minister Lal Bahadur Shastri. Both the great men worked with dedication for the strength of the nation. The Chief Minister said that the State Government has taken the historic step of allotting land to the houseless persons of Vimukt, Nomadic and Semi-Nomadic communities. About 21 thousand beneficiary families have been given land lease. CM Sharma said that the nomadic, semi-nomadic and liberated castes of Rajasthan are a living part of our culture, they played an important role in getting independence for the country by enduring the tortures of the British. He said that these people should get their own accommodation, we are working on this.

The people who got the lease said – We kept wandering for generations, you gave us shelter

On this occasion, the Chief Minister also interacted with some beneficiaries of nomadic, semi-nomadic and liberated communities. Manphool Nath, a beneficiary from Bikaner district, said that we kept wandering for years due to lack of permanent residence, but today the state government has given us shelter by giving us a residential lease.

CM said- Today I have got the lease, I will also build a house in the future.

The Chief Minister said that if the lease of the plot has been received today, a house will also be built and given under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. Another beneficiary Rupesh from Chittorgarh expressed his gratitude to the Chief Minister and said that he has done sensitive work in the interest of the community. Pattas were distributed to about 21 thousand families in functions organized in different districts of the state, in which various ministers, MLAs and public representatives were present.

Panchayat Samiti doing better work in cleanliness honored

The Chief Minister also honored various gram panchayats and panchayat committees for their remarkable work under the Swachhta Hi Seva campaign. He distributed PPE kits to the sanitation workers and released a booklet based on Sabki Yojana-Sabka Vikas. During this, the Chief Minister also administered the oath of cleanliness to the people present.
