Pali : To improve the drinking water system of Pali district, work worth Rs 44.87 crore will be done for 6 cities. Amrit-2 project has already been approved in Rani, Bali, Marwar, Sadri, Falna and Sojat. Strong DI pipeline will be laid to fill the tanks. A gift of Rs 71.34 crore has been received to improve the drinking water system of Pali city. With this, the drinking water system project will be made according to the population of 2055. The city will not face problems regarding drinking water for the coming 30 years. The system will be developed in outer area Sumerpur Road, Jodhpur Road area, Gumti and surrounding areas, Mandia Road, Naya Gaon and surrounding areas. 217 km pipeline will be laid. From DI pipeline but pipeline will be laid for connection. There will be 14 thousand new connections in the outer areas. 10 tanks will be constructed for these. Two new pump houses will be built.
The line project will be connected to Manpura-Bhairughat-Mandali filter plant. The tender process will take place this month. The project will be completed in one year. {At present 701 km HDPE has been installed in the city. DI is situated at 16 km. In this, 201 km more pipeline will be laid. There will be a total of 935 km of pipeline in the city. With this, drinking water will be supplied under pressure. Total: 201.71 kilometer line will be laid. {Under this project, their pipelines will be connected to the existing lines and filter plants of Rudip. In this, 30 MLD plants are installed in Manpura, 19.4 MLD in Bhairughat, 7.47 and 3.70 MLD in Mandali. Besides, two pump houses of 72 square meters each will be installed in Mandali and Bhairughat.

The work of laying 3.6 DI pipeline and 15.8 HDPE pipeline will be completed. 4. Falna: 6.29 crore: A high reservoir of 2 lakh liters will be built. 1 big pump house will be constructed. Work will be done to lay 4.3 DI and 16.2 HDPE new pipelines. More than 1300 connections will be provided in this.
5. Marwar Junction: Rs 4.76 crore: A high reservoir of 1.50 lakh liters will be built. Around 700 new connections will be given. 3.6 km new DI and 20 km HDPE lines will be laid. Along with this, a clean reservoir of 2 lakh liters will be created. 6. Sojat: Rs 11.69 crore: 5 MLD filter plant will be built. Along with a clean reservoir of 6 lakh liters, a pump house will be constructed. One high reservoir of 2 lakh liters and two of 2.50 lakh liters will be constructed. 23 km new HDPE pipeline and 11.3 km DI pipeline will be laid. 1120 new connections will be given.
