5 year old Aryan dies after getting trapped in borewell in Dausa

Dausa : 5 year old innocent Aryan, who was trapped in a borewell for 3 days in Dausa district of Rajasthan, has died. Aryan was pulled out of the borewell after about 57 hours at 11:45 pm on Wednesday night.

He was taken to the hospital in an ambulance equipped with advanced life support system. Where he was declared dead. The NDRF team started moving the rod with rope attached to it along with the umbrella and ring equipment, in which the child was pulled out as soon as he got stuck.

Aryan was in an unconscious state while coming out of the borewell in Kalikhad village. He was also hungry and thirsty for three days. According to Dr. Deepak Sharma of Dausa District Hospital, as soon as the child was brought to the hospital, all tests including ECG were done, but his breathing had stopped. In such a situation, the body has been kept in the mortuary.

After six home-made tricks to extract Aryan from the borewell failed in two days, another pit was being dug using a piling machine from Wednesday morning. According to NDRF, there was a plan to take out Aryan by inserting a pipe through it, but the machine broke down on Wednesday afternoon.

After this, it took time to call another machine and start digging again. Meanwhile, Aryan’s mother Guddi Devi also accused the administration of negligence. The administration and rescue teams had failed to provide food and water to Aryan who was stuck in the borewell for about 57 hours.
