Kota : Pratyaksha Vijay, a mere 6-year-old child of Kota district in Rajasthan, has taken the record of the world’s youngest yoga guru. Along with this, it is directly giving the message of benefits of yoga to the people of the country and the world. The little yoga guru is now busy preparing for making a world record. But before making the world record, the yoga guru wants to meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Doing yoga since the age of 3
It is generally seen that family members start thinking many times about enrolling a 3 year old child in school. But this child from Kota dedicated himself to yoga from the age of 3 and at the age of 6 he held the record of being the world’s youngest yoga guru. Pratyaksha saw his mother doing yoga at the age of 3. After which he developed a passion for yoga. She was so beautiful that even the family members were surprised to see her.
Record recorded in Guinness Book
Pratyaksha’s initiation Vijay tells that when she used to do yoga, her son Pratyaksha started following her. At first it seemed a simple thing to us, but when Pratyaksha started doing yoga regularly, we taught Pratyaksha yoga seriously. After this, Pratyaksha was made to attend yoga classes and within a short time, Pratyaksha started doing yoga asanas very well. Father Gaurav Vijay tells that everyone was surprised to see Pratyaksha’s yoga talent, then we got Pratyaksha to apply for the title of the youngest yoga guru in the Guinness Book of World Records. The team there asked for videos and documents of Pratyaksha’s yoga. His team tested Pratyaksha’s talent and then this record of honor went to Pratyaksha.
Taking yoga classes online and offline
Pratyaksha’s father Gaurav tells that Pratyaksha’s deep faith in yoga is increasing day by day. Pratyaksha performs various yoga asanas with great ease and continues to appeal to children and adults to connect them with yoga. At present, along with studying in second class, Pratyaksha is also taking offline and online yoga classes.
Junk food stays away from mobile
Pratyaksha’s father further tells that his son has been doing yoga since the age of 3 years. He does not eat any junk food. Also the mobile is used only for making calls. Never even plays games on mobile. It also makes the children of the same age and older in the school aware.
Record in the name of little yoga guru
1. Record of champion in Navrashtra Yoga Competition by winning the National Award for doing 27 Yoga in 2 minutes in 2023.
2. Made a record in Plank Yoga in the International Yoga Book of Records for doing yoga for the longest time at the youngest age.
3. Applied in India Book of Records in 2024 and achieved the position of becoming the youngest yoga instructor in the country.
4. Now by getting his name registered in the Guinness World Records, he got the title of world’s smallest yoga guru.
