DST had confiscated the bottles
After getting information about illegal sale of liquor at some places in Kota, the SP had instructed the special police team to take action. After this, DST took action in RK Puram, Jawahar Nagar, Udyog Nagar police station areas and seized the liquor and handed it over to the police station. All the police stations to which the liquor bottles were given by DST seized the liquor bottles accordingly. After that, a case was also registered in the matter and the seized liquor bottles were also indicated in the cases.
70 bottles and 5 thousand rupees missing
The DST team had seized a total of 280 bottles of beer and English liquor from the Jawaharnagar police station area. Sub Inspector Gopal was in charge on the day of this action. All the bottles were handed over to the Jawaharnagar police by the DST only after the action. However, the Jawaharnagar police showed a lesser number of seized bottles in the case. Misappropriation of more than 70 bottles came to light. Not only this, more than 5 thousand rupees were missing from the amount recovered by the DST from the spot.

As soon as the policemen present in DST came to know about this, they complained about it to the senior officers. At present, the SP has given a notice of 17 CC to the sub-inspector Gopal of the police station considering him guilty prima facie and the role of other policemen is also being investigated in this case. In this entire case, SP Amrita Duhan says that no one will be spared whose name comes out in the investigation.
