Sawai Madhopur : Police of 7 police stations in Gangapur City district have arrested 8 people with illicit liquor. Police have recovered 453 powders from the accused. The police have registered a case against the smugglers under the Excise Act.
SP Mamta Gupta said that police stations Kotwali, Sadar, Bamanwas, Garhmora, Wazirpur, Udeimod, Balghat took joint action against illegal liquor. Superintendent of Police said that those caught during the action were Lakhansingh son of Ramjilal Gurjar resident of Roadkala police station Sadar Karauli, Radheshyam son of Lallu Meena resident of Garhmora police station Garhmora, Rajesh Kumar Gurjar son of Hansraj Gurjar resident of Garhi Gopalpura police station Batoda, Neeraj son of Saheb Singh resident of Luharkheda police station Balghat, Kalla son of Suraj Meena resident of Zahira, Jagmohan alias Guddu son of Chainaram Gurjar resident of Bucholai police station Sadar Gangapur City, Rakesh Bairwa son of Mohan Lal Bairwa resident of Udei Kalan police station Sadar Gangapur City, Suresh son of Prabhulal Bairwa resident of Kheda Ramgarh police station Sadar Gangapur City have been arrested.
