Jaipur : Union Cabinet meeting was held on Friday in the country’s capital Delhi. In which many very important and significant decisions were taken. In this meeting held under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, approval has been given to open a total of 85 new Kendriya Vidyalayas and 28 new Navodaya Vidyalayas in the country. Out of which 9 Kendriya Vidyalayas will open in Rajasthan. The Cabinet has approved the budget of Rs 8232 crore for opening Kendriya Vidyalaya and Navodaya Vidyalaya.

7 districts of the state have been included in the new central legislatures. Out of which 2 Kendriya Vidyalayas each in Rajsamand and Sriganganagar have been approved. In which schools will be opened in Satrana and Srikaranpur of Sri Ganganagar and Rajsamand city and Bhim of Rajsamand. Along with this, Kendriya Vidyalayas will also be opened in Phalodi of Jodhpur, Hindaun City of Karauli, Meerta of Nagaur, Rajgarh of Alwar, Mahwa of Dausa. 8 thousand 640 students will be enrolled in all these Vidhan Sabhas. Along with this, all the schools have been named as PM Shri Vidyalayas.
25 Kendriya Vidyalayas will open in the country
Giving information about the decisions of the Cabinet, Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnav said that approval has been given to open 85 new Kendriya Vidyalayas and 28 new Navodaya Vidyalayas in the country. With the opening of these new Kendriya Vidyalayas, 82 thousand students of the country will get the opportunity to get affordable and high quality education. Along with this, Vaishnav further said that in the period of eight years till 2025-26, 85 new Kendriya Vidyalayas will be established and one The total cost for the expansion of the existing Kendriya Vidyalaya is estimated at Rs 5,872.08 crore. An official statement said that at present 1,256 Kendriya Vidyalayas are running in the country.
