Johri further added, “By leveraging the capabilities of AI through the cloud, companies can now respond faster to emerging customer needs and market changes and deliver better value through AI-powered solutions.”

The report said that many companies have benefited significantly by incorporating AI and ML into business processes.

According to the report, 37 percent of Indian companies have cited these technologies as important in driving innovation in products and services after cloud migration.

About 25 percent of domestic companies, compared to 38 percent globally, consider skills and capability gap as a major barrier to the development of cloud-native applications.
