Jaipur : Terminal 1 of Jaipur International Airport will be bright again after 11 years. Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma will inaugurate Jaipur International Airport Terminal 1 today. After this, international flight operations will start from this terminal late at night. Let us tell you that 11 years ago, Terminal 1 of Jaipur Airport Administration was closed to the public. According to the Airport Administration, Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma will inaugurate Terminal 1 by lighting the lamp at 2.30 pm. After this the Chief Minister will visit the terminal and meet representatives of the airport administration and airlines. An international flight will arrive here from Abu Dhabi at 2:10 pm. The travelers coming here will be welcomed.

The look of Terminal 1 changed

Let us tell you that on July 16, 2013, the airport administration had completely closed Terminal 1 of the airport for the general public. It was decided to close Terminal One after the construction of Terminal Two at Jaipur Airport. After this, all flights started operating from Terminal 2 only. Actually, Terminal One has been rebuilt. The good thing is that Terminal 1 has been given a heritage look. Here, along with the red stone, a glimpse of Hawa Mahal, Jantar Mantar and many heritage buildings will be seen.

This will be the arrangement

According to the airport management, around 10 immigration counters have been set up in the departure area. Whereas there will be 14 counters in the arrival area. 10 check-in counters will also be available. Apart from duty-free outlets, F&B outlets will also start operating from Terminal One. Other facilities such as a dedicated medical room, 24-hour ambulance services and lounges will operate normally. 100 other employees and soldiers including CISF will be deployed in security arrangements.
