Bharatpur : Bharatpur and Alwar have suffered a lot due to proximity to Delhi. Brick kilns were closed. The life of vehicles was reduced to just 10 and 15 years. Industries were ruined and the oil industry was also adversely affected. Many industries did not come here due to this restriction, but now Bharatpur is probably going to get its benefit for the first time. We are talking about the National Capital Region (NCR). The NCR Planning Board has recently approved an amount of Rs 1 thousand crore. Bharatpur will also get money for development works in this. The Finance Ministry of the Government of India has approved financial assistance of Rs 1 thousand crore for the three states included in the NCR under the Special Assistance to Status for Capital Investment Scheme. The NCR Planning Board plans to use this amount to develop a trauma care network.
The Department of Expenditure, Ministry of Finance has approved this amount under the Special Assistance Scheme to States for Capital Investment 2024-25. This amount will be distributed equally to the three participating states of Haryana, Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan on behalf of NCRPB for the development of the National Capital Region. In this, an amount of Rs 333.3 crore for Rajasthan will be for the Bharatpur-Alwar NCR region.
Hospitals will be hi-tech
This will also start the facility of ambulance in the district hospital. Along with this, where helipads are available, they will be improved and where there are no helipads, helipads will also be developed in the second phase. A mobile app will also be developed to develop a strong trauma care network by identifying the best hospitals near the helipad, which will work on the basis of location. This will provide information to the general public about the availability of nearby trauma facilities and make quick treatment possible.
There is a plan to upgrade the government hospital of the district headquarters as a fast track hospital with this amount, with this the trauma facility will be upgraded. Apart from this, an advanced blood bank will also be built.
Apart from this, the general public will also get the facility of advanced life support system, availability of ambulance, blood storage and transfusion at the government community health center. In the second phase of the scheme, the facilities will be expanded by including more hospitals and community health centers.
The limit has been reduced, no solution has been found
Earlier, the limit of NCR from Delhi was 175 km, which was reduced to 100 km in October 2023. Even after this, no action has been taken on it. The effect of joining NCR-TTZ is that as soon as the air pollution increases, about 125 furnaces installed here are closed for a few months every year. Also, it is having an adverse effect on the oil industry here. Due to lack of NCR permission, new industries are not being set up here. Many crusher industries in Bayana area have closed down bearing the brunt of this. Talking about two-wheelers and four-wheelers, the life of diesel vehicles is fixed here for 10 years and petrol vehicles for 15 years.
