Jaisalmer : In the series of temples, you can also get the privilege of visiting Lakshminath Temple. This temple is located inside the famous Jaisalmer Fort. Lakshminath Temple is dedicated to Goddess Lakshmi and Lord Vishnu. This temple attracts devotees as well as a large number of tourists visiting Jaisalmer. It is believed that this temple was built by Rao Lunkaran in 1494. This is an attractive temple, which serves to make the Jaisalmer Fort complex divine. Lovers of art and history can come here.

Jain Temple

Apart from Hindu temples, you can also see Jain temples in Jaisalmer. You can visit the Lodhurva Jain temple here. This temple is dedicated to the 23rd Tirthankara of Jainism. The pages of history tell that this 900-year-old temple was destroyed by Muhammad Gauri in 1152 AD. Later this temple was rebuilt by the local people. You can come here to learn something new.

Ramdev Temple

Apart from Hindu deities, you can also visit the temple of the local deity Ramdev Ji. This temple is dedicated to the famous Rajput king here, who did a lot for the poor people of the society. Ramdev Ji belongs to the 14th century, it is believed that he had miraculous powers, he spent his entire life serving the poor. Ramdev Temple is located in Ramdevra village of Jaisalmer, people here consider him as their Ishta Dev. A big fair is also organized here during August and September, in which people come from far and wide to participate.

Chandraprabhu Temple

Apart from the above temples, you can also visit the famous Chandraprabhu temple here. This is an ancient temple, which was built between the 15th-16th century. This is a Jain temple, dedicated to Chandraprabhu, the eighth Tirthankara of Jainism. This temple is built with red sandstone, which serves to display Rajput architecture. This temple is present inside the Golden Fort, and attracts a large number of tourists every year.
