In fact, when a young man from Kota district of Rajasthan bought a mobile phone online from Amazon, he found soap in the mobile box.

Soap found instead of phone in delivery
According to Arif Hussain, a resident of Kishorepura area of Kota, he purchased the mobile on June 23 by paying Rs 22,950 from his credit card. About 5 days after online purchasing, the delivery boy came to the house and delivered the goods and after asking for OTP, he left. After this, when the customer opened the packet, instead of the mobile phone, it contained bathing soap.
The victim has been visiting the police station for 5 months.
When the victim, Arif, went to the police after being a victim of fraud, there too he found nothing wrong with Shivaay. Also, the victim kept mailing Amazon repeatedly but no satisfactory response was received from there, only the date was received. Later Amazon people said that the correct product was sent from our side. According to the victim Arif, he has been making rounds of the police station and sometimes the police post for the last 5 months. Now when he complained about this matter to the SP, he once again reached the cyber police station.
