Alwar : The new eye department building in Alwar District Hospital can be constructed on the vacant land lying near the mortuary. Although a decision regarding this has not been taken yet, the committee constituted by the hospital administration has received a suggestion to build a new building of the eye department on the vacant land near the mortuary. Now the hospital administration will soon get this land measured. After this, further process will start after the consent of the committee. According to the information, the new ophthalmology department will be three storeyed including the ground floor. In this, all the modern facilities will be provided to the patients.
About 9 thousand square feet space required: About 9 to 10 thousand square feet of land is required for the construction of the new ophthalmology department. In such a situation, after measuring the vacant land near the mortuary, a decision will be taken regarding the construction of a new building here. For this, the unused water tank built here and the old mortuary building will also have to be removed. According to experts, sufficient land will be available near the old mortuary for the construction of an eye department. At the same time, if there is less land, the building can be made 4 storey instead of 3. People say that if the previous construction work in the hospital had been done with planning, such problems would never have arisen.
