Dungarpur : In a school in Rajasthan, the principal and teachers were making the children take a different oath and prayer in the prayer assembly apart from prayers. The children were being made to pray and take an oath to make Rajasthan a Bhil or tribal state. This process was going on for several days. The families of some children had also registered their protest against this, but last week the video of this prayer assembly went viral and it reached Minister Babulal Kharari.
Action taken against two teachers
This is the entire case of a government school located in Dolwar Hubli area of Dungarpur district of Rajasthan. The government has taken action against the principal and two teachers in this case. The role of some other teachers is suspicious, children are being questioned about them today. The matter is shocking. A video of this entire incident went viral and the government has taken action only after this viral video.
Education officer told the video is correct
On the minister’s request, District Education Officer Ranchhod Das confirmed this video and the video was found to be true in the investigation. The teacher and principal were making the children recite Saraswati Vandana, patriotic songs, and also pray and take an oath to create a Bhil state. The District Education Officer said that this is against the rules of the prayer assembly, so action has been taken against a principal and two teachers. This is a unique case of its kind in Rajasthan.
The minister said he is not worthy of forgiveness
Babulal Kharari, a minister in the Rajasthan government and who comes from a tribal area, said that there is a demand for creating a Bhil state in Rajasthan. It is not yet decided what action the government takes on this. But forcing children to recite such prayers in a prayer meeting is not forgivable.
