Dausa News Desk: In a dispute over bursting firecrackers at a wedding, the wedding guests crushed 9 people from the bride’s side with their car. There was a lot of hue and cry on the spot after the incident. People admitted the injured to Dausa hospital, from where 7 were referred to Jaipur when their condition became critical. The bride’s cousin died during treatment on Monday morning. Treatment of 6 injured is going on. The incident took place at Lalsot area of Dausa at 9.30 pm on Sunday night. Police have detained the car owner.

The wedding procession had arrived from Bhagwatpura in Niwai at around 9.30 pm. The wedding guests were standing on the bonnet and roof of the car and bursting crackers. The bride’s cousin Golu Meena (22) was coming home. When they asked the wedding processionists who were bursting crackers to give way, a dispute broke out between the two.
The wedding guests beat the bride’s brother with belts. People intervened and saved him. After this, people from the bride’s side were putting the injured Golu in the car to take him to the hospital.
Meanwhile, the wedding procession took revenge by crushing people from the bride’s side with their car. Of these, 7 people were referred to Jaipur in critical condition. Where the bride’s cousin died during treatment.
