Banswara : A youth died in a road accident in Banswara on Monday afternoon. The accident took place in Sag Dungri area of Kalinjara police station area. The deceased was a resident of Ghodiya village of Anandpuri Panchayat Samiti.
ASI Lokendra Singh said- Deceased Prakash (18) was going from Bagidaura to his village Ghodiya on bike. Then he collided with a bike rider from the front. He fell on his head in the accident. There were serious injuries. Other bike riders were injured.
After the accident, Prakash was brought to MG Hospital by ambulance. But by then he had died. The body was kept in the mortuary for postmortem, which was later handed over to the family.
Raoji Garasia, a social worker from the same village, said – deceased Prakash Garasia has two elder brothers in his family, who are married. The mother and father are also there. The family of the deceased is based on farming and labour. Prakash used to work as a laborer in Gujarat, who came home this time on the occasion of Diwali and did not go back after that. As soon as information about the accident was received, the family members reached the spot. After postmortem the deceased was cremated. All three brothers including the deceased worked as laborers and the father is a farmer. The deceased was educated only till 9th class.
