A youth drowned in a pond under influence of alcohol, died due to drowning

Sikar : In Nechwa police station area of ​​Laxmangarh in Sikar district, a young man died after bathing in a dam-like pond after a party on Sunday (September 9). The young man had come to bathe with his friends. After receiving information about the incident, the Nechwa police station reached the spot. The body was taken out. Nechwa police station officer Ramkishan Yadav said that Arshad Qayamkhani (27), son of Moinuddin, resident of Jajod, had gone into the water tank built in Kumas Jagir village to bathe with his three friends. All three friends were on the shore. But, Arshad went deeper into the water, due to which he died by drowning. The police have kept the body in the mortuary of the government hospital of Nechwa. The post-mortem of the deceased will be conducted.

On refusal, 4 youths came out of the pond
Farm owner Ram Singh said that on seeing the youths jumping into the pond to take bath, he ran towards the pond. He stopped them. On his refusal, 4 youths came out. But, 3 youths started taking bath inside the pond. Suddenly, the feet of all three slipped. All three started drowning in the pond. Seeing the youths drowning inside the water, he asked his son Hari Singh to bring a rope.

The Dhanadhikari himself entered the water and took out Arshad’s body
When the pond was filled with water, two youths came out with the help of a rope. But, a young man Arshad could not hold the rope and remained inside. When he could not think of any other solution after seeing the young man drowning, he informed the Nechwa police about it. On receiving the information, police station officer Ram Kishan Yadav reached the spot. He himself entered the water and took Arshad out. The farm owner said that under the water shed scheme, a farm pond was made in the field a few days ago for irrigation.

“All the youths got down at the liquor shop and bought alcohol”
Nechwa police station in-charge Ramkishan Yadav said, “All the seven friends had left the village in two vehicles to visit Harsh Parvat. On the way, all the youths got down at a liquor shop near Kumar Jagir Highway and bought liquor. After that Arshad, Sharif, Sanjay and Amit went to the pond to take a bath. After Arshad drowned, the others ran away from there out of fear. The deceased Arshad has two brothers. The deceased youth Arshad was married and he also has a daughter.”
