Absconding woman accused carrying Rs 25,000 reward in REET paper leak case arrested, was constantly changing her residence with her boyfriend

Jodhpur : Kiran Jat, an absconding woman carrying a reward of Rs 25,000 in the paper leak case of Rajasthan Teacher Eligibility Test (REET) 2021, has been arrested by the special cyclone team of Jodhpur Range IG office. After the case registered in Balotra district, Kiran was absconding for three years and was hiding in many districts of Rajasthan and constantly changing locations with her male friend. IG Vikas Kumar said that Kiran was caught near Khedapa. She was trying to mislead the police in different ways.

She used to change her location and mobile number every week. She used to travel by using Delhi number plate on a Rajasthan vehicle and using Gujarat fast tag. He had also pasted a police sticker on the back of the car. He said that Kiran’s life had become difficult after her involvement in the paper leak scam.

The family threw them out of the house

The family threw her out of the house, while during her absconding, she grew closer to her male friend, which led to divorce from her husband. Kiran is accused of making a deal worth Rs 4 lakh in the paper leak case. The Cyclonar team conducted in-depth technical analysis to determine its moment-to-moment location. While coming from Sikar towards Jodhpur, the team kept an eye on his every movement and finally arrested him near Khedapa. A separate case has also been registered in Khedapa police station on fake number plate and other charges.

Gang links were linked to Haryana

Earlier, a new revelation was made in the paper leak case of Police Sub Inspector Recruitment Examination-2021 in Rajasthan. Investigation by Special Operation Group (SOG) revealed that the leaked paper was with gangs from Rajasthan as well as Haryana. Of the four trainee sub-inspectors arrested on Thursday, two had bought the leaked paper for Rs 20-20 and one for Rs 40 lakh from a gang in Haryana.
According to sources, SOG has conducted raids in various areas of Haryana. The four arrested accused are on SOG remand till 17th. In this case, SOG has so far arrested 50 trainee sub-inspectors and more than 30 people associated with the gang involved in paper leakage and copying.
