New Delhi, December 5 (IANS). Every year on 6 December, Akhil Vidyarthi Parishad celebrates the death anniversary of Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar as Social Harmony Day.
Like every year, this year also the death anniversary of Baba Saheb Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar will be celebrated as ‘Social Harmony Day’ by Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad on 6th December (Friday). Under this, a large number of various creative programs including seminars, floral tribute programs, banquets, competitions will be organized. These programs will be organized at various places including different central universities, state universities, colleges.
Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad organizes a large number of creative programs every year with the aim of making the youth of educational institutions aware of the ideas of Baba Saheb Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar and assimilating them and connecting the youth power towards social change. ‘Social Harmony Day’ is one of the major programs of the year celebrated by the extended units of Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad across the country.
National President of Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad Dr. Rajsharan Shahi, National General Secretary Dr. Virendra Solanki and National Organization Minister Ashish Chauhan paid tribute to Baba Saheb Dr. Bhimrao Abedkar on the eve of ‘Social Harmony Day’ and encouraged the youth power of the country to bring positive change in the country. Called upon to ensure their contribution in the direction.
