Sikar : Neemkathana. The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) in Rajasthan took a major action and arrested the Executive Officer of Ajitgarh Nagar Palika of Neemkathana district red handed while taking a bribe of Rs 1.25 lakh. Bureau’s Director General of Police Dr. Ravi Prakash Meharada said on Thursday that the complainant complained to the Sikar unit of the Bureau that Executive Officer Paramveer Dular of Ajitgarh Nagar Palika is demanding a bribe of Rs 2 lakh in exchange for passing the map for developing a residential colony.
He said that after verification of the complaint, a team formed under the leadership of Deputy Superintendent of Police Ravindra Singh Shekhawat in the Bureau’s Sikar unit laid a trap and arrested Paramveer Dular while accepting a bribe of Rs 1.25 lakh from the complainant. The accused will be produced in the ACB court after interrogation.
