Udaipur : Udaipur: Gogunda Police has arrested Shahwaz (19), resident of Abdullapur Mori, Hafizpur, Hapur district of Uttar Pradesh, in the case of suicide of a minor girl and another 18 year old girl in Gehlot Ka Guda of Jaswantgarh Gram Panchayat recently. . Police station in-charge Shaitan Singh said that the family members of the girls had given details about the youths linked to the girls’ Instagram ID and had accused them of inciting the girls to commit suicide.
He said that a case was registered under sections 107 and 108 of BNS on charges including pressurizing the girls, extorting money from them and a young man linked to the Instagram ID of the girls was identified. Later a police team was sent to arrest him. Under this, the accused youth was arrested from Abdullahpur Mori of Uttar Pradesh. He told that on Tuesday the accused will be produced in the court and taken on police remand.
