Accused of bike theft from Jalore Thalwad arrested from Visakhapatnam

Jalore : Sayla Police arrested the accused who was absconding for a year in the vehicle theft case. Under the leadership of Sayla police station officer Mahendra Singh, the police team arrested the wanted accused Prakash Kumar, son of Mehararam Bhat, resident of Thalwad police station, Sayla district, Jalore, from Visakhapatnam (Andhra Pradesh) and later arrested him in the investigation case and sent him to judicial custody. Accused Prakash Kumar also has a permanent warranty in Judicial Magistrate Bhinmal, case number 1896/2017 Government vs Prakash Kumar.

This was the case: On December 17, 2023, the applicant Padmaram, son of Bhabutaji Rebari, resident of Thalwad Tehsil Sayla, presented the report and said that on December 16, 2023, he parked his motorcycle in front of the Gram Panchayat Thalwad and went to buy vegetables, the key of the motorcycle was locked in the car, the motorcycle was hit from behind. Ashok son of Deeparam, Prakash son of Mehararam had gone away with Banjara Bhat resident Thalwad. During the search, the police got information that this motorcycle was being stolen by Ashok Kumar and Prakash Banjara, both of whom were injured after slipping from the motorcycle in Ahmedabad city. In which accused Ashok Kumar died. A motorcycle was recovered in the case and the wanted Prakash Kumar, son of Mehraram Bhat, resident of Thalwad police station, Sayla district, Jalore, was arrested from Visakhapatnam and later in the investigation case, he was sent to judicial custody.
