Bikaner : A case has been registered in the Beechwal police station against seven people including Rajyashri, Madhulika, accusing them of vandalizing the office items of four trusts located at Lalgarh Palace belonging to the Bikaner royal family. A complaint was given to the police by Sanjay Sharma. The report states that he is an authorized trustee of Maharaja Gangasingh Ji Trust, Karni Charitable Funds Trust, Karni Singh Foundation Trust and Maharani Sushila Kumari Religious and Charitable Trust. Treasurer-Trustee. These are public trusts which are registered in the Devasthan Department. The registered office of these trusts is in the Lalgarh Palace complex. The chairperson of all four trusts is Siddhi Kumari.
Under the privileges of the Trust Legislation, Siddhi Kumari dismissed the previous trustees and working persons and formed a new Board of Trustees on 11-12 September, 2013. The Assistant Commissioner of the Devasthan modified the name of the new trustee by removing the name of the old trustee on May 27, 24. It is alleged that on May 29, 24, at 4 pm, charge of the trust was taken on behalf of Siddhi Kumari. Before that, Rajyashree Kumari, Madhulika Kumari, Hanuwant Singh, Govind Singh, Rajesh Purohit, Pukhraj Rathore and Naval Singh were previously working in the Trust. Accused Govind Singh, Rajesh, Pukhraj and Naval came to the office in the morning and left the trust office after filling the luggage in the vehicles before Siddhi Kumari took charge. Documents, goods, cash etc. were removed from the office.
This is causing problems in trust operations. Apart from this, on October 15, 24, the Assistant Commissioner of the Devasthan Department gave notice to present the audit report of the four trusts. But, due to destruction of documents and items by the accused, it became impossible to present the audit report. The accused vandalized the property of the trust office by posing as self-proclaimed trustees, secretaries and employees. Beechwal police station has registered a case which will be investigated by SHO Govind Singh Charan. Case registered against MLA Siddhi Kumari and Mahima Kumari, accused of fraud and pressurizing for money.
In the case related to the operation of Hotel Lakshmi Niwas, a case has been registered in Beechwal police station accusing former assembly MLAs Siddhi Kumari and Mahima Kumari of fraud and pressurizing them to extort money. M/s Golden Tri Angle Forts and Palaces Pvt. Ltd. of Jaipur. In the case filed at Beechwal police station on behalf of Rajeev Mishra, Director, it has been alleged that MLAs Siddhi Kumari and Mahima Kumari extorted money for the operation of Hotel Lakshmi resident. Threatened and demanded Rs 10 crore to vacate the hotel. The complainant was cheated. The records were tampered with and destroyed. It has been told on behalf of the complainant that in the year 99, Lakshmi Niwas Hotel was taken on a lease of 57 years. Crores of rupees have been recovered for its operation. The roads to the hotel were also closed for harassment. The investigation will be handed over to CID CB.
