Bharatpur : Bharatpur’s DST team has arrested a criminal carrying a reward of Rs 10,000. Three months ago, on August 9, criminal Kalua along with his four associates had assaulted the employees at Girdhar toll plaza in Sewar. Since then all the accused were absconding. SP Mridul Kachhawa had placed a reward of Rs 10,000 on the accused on September 11.
Sewar police station officer Anil Jasoria said – On August 9, a case of vandalism and assault was registered at Girdharpur toll plaza of Sewar. Investigation of the case revealed that Devendra alias Kumher, resident of Kalua, is involved in this incident.
Constable Harvinder of DST team received information on Sunday that Devendra was roaming in the area. After which Harvinder caught the accused and handed him over to Sewar police station. At present the accused is being interrogated.
Many cases are registered against accused Devendra in police stations of many districts. At present the accused is being interrogated. Police has already arrested another accused in the same incident, Bhupendra alias Tinku resident of Bailara.
