Jaipur : Poet and actor Shailesh Lodha also participated in the ongoing Rising Rajasthan Global Investment Summit in Jaipur, the capital of Rajasthan. On this occasion, he praised Bhajan Lal government and called it an important step for the development of the state. Lodha said, ‘This is a big step for the culture and development of Rajasthan. I think it will take a bigger shape and we will see a new Rajasthan. Just imagine the scale of growth that will be achieved through these investments.

The program, to be held from 9 to 11 December, has attracted global investors, industry leaders and policy makers. The event, attended by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and other dignitaries, is a platform to showcase Rajasthan’s progress in development, innovation and industrial growth. PM Modi said India achieved success across sectors through the mantra of Reform, Perform and Transform and became the world’s fifth largest economy and doubled its economy and exports.
2000 MW solar park approved
Energy Minister Prahlad Joshi said, ‘I am happy to announce that the Central Government has approved a new 2,000 MW solar park in Rajasthan, under which the Center will bear 30 percent of the cost.’ On the other hand, Rajasthan Energy Minister Hira Lal Nagar said, ‘Under the leadership of CM Bhajan Lal Sharma, the state government is taking all steps to meet the energy needs of the present as well as future generations. Rajasthan has touched new heights in new fields.
