Kota : on behalf of Ramlal Gurjar, brother of former MLA Prahlad Gunjal, to erect a wall by blocking the road to Hadoti Colony in Anandpura and Futa Pond area located behind the Ganeshji temple standing in Kota city and on the precious land of Kota Development Authority (KDA). KDA administration took action on Tuesday in case of encroachment. Here the encroachments of 13 encroachers including Ramlal Gurjar were demolished. KDA officials said that the road to Suman Colony goes through Hadoti Colony located on Dharampura main road tied to the standing Ganeshji temple. This road was captured by the brother of former MLA Prahlad Gunjal and a wall was erected on the way to the colony. Also, the land of Khasra No. 44 and 50 of KDA was encroached upon.
After receiving the complaint, notice was given to 13 trespassers
After receiving the complaint in the matter, notices were issued by KDA to all the 13 encroachments, but instead of removing the encroachment, the encroachments threw a large quantity of stones there and started encroachment. On receiving information about the matter, KDA team along with Japte reached the spot and took action to remove the encroachment.
Tehsildar told why the action was taken
Tehsildar and anti-encroachment officer Hemraj Meena said that in the case of encroachment by building pucca houses and boundaries on KDA land Khasra numbers 44 and 50 in Anandpur and Futa Talab areas, a notice was issued and instructions were given to remove the encroachment in three days. When the encroachments were not removed, the encroachments were removed by KDA.
