Alwar : The administration has pasted final notices 96 hours before taking action against 16 hotels-restaurants, resorts and other builders built illegally in the flow area of Siliserh. The administration said that the encroachment should be removed by August 4. Otherwise, the bulldozer will run on August 5. This action was to be taken by the irrigation department on Saturday, but now it has been extended by two days. The department’s argument is that some encroachers were questioned. Their point was presented before the administration, so the action was extended by two days.
Action will be taken on 16 encroachments
Out of the 16 establishments in the flow area of Siliserh lake, two big hotels have been built by completely encroaching the area. Apart from this, 11 other people have built boundary walls. On August 5, the irrigation department, UIT and administration will take joint action. A large number of forces will be deployed here. Irrigation Department’s XEN Sanjay Khatri said that final notices have been pasted on the establishments.
The department had earlier also warned
Even before this, the department had issued notices to all the 16 encroachers. Notices were also pasted on the boundary wall of the vacant plot. The department had written in this notice that you have encroached upon the flow area of the drain/catchment of Jaisamand going from Siliserh’s Upra to Jaisamand. You are ordered through the notice to remove the encroachment at your own expense within 07 days. Otherwise, the department will take legal and departmental action to remove the encroachment. The responsibility for all the expenses of which will be yours.
