Jalore : Under the budget announcement 2024-25 by the Jalore state government, Rs 2 crore for the road works to be done in the urban bodies through the Public Works Department, Rs 2 crore for Jalore Municipal Council area, Rs 1 crore for Bhinmal Municipality and newly announced Ahor. And administrative and financial approval of Rs 40 lakh has been issued in Sayla Municipality. District Collector Dr. Pradeep K. Gawande said that under the budget announcement 17.01/2024-25, the Local Government Department, Jaipur has issued administrative and financial approval of Rs 317.50 crore for a total of 295 works in 56 urban bodies through the Public Works Department. Under the approval, 4 works worth Rs 2 crore will be done in Municipal Council Jalore, 5 works worth Rs 1 crore in Municipality Bhinmal and 1 work each worth Rs 40 lakh in newly declared Ahor and Sayla Municipal Corporation.

Jalore An estimated Rs 1 crore 42 lakh for the road work (1500 meter length) from Gitco Hotel to Sire Mandir in Jalore Municipal Council area under the assembly constituency, an estimated Rs 40 lakh for the renovation work of the Veterinary Hospital to Canal Head Post Office road (350 meter length). An estimated Rs. 6 lakhs for the renovation work (100 meters length) from Canal Road to Rupnagar Road and from Vivekananda School Street to PHED Office Shivaji Nagar. The roads will be developed through the Public Works Department by spending an estimated Rs 12 lakh for the renovation work (190 metres). Similarly, an estimated amount of Rs 40 lakh will be spent for road work (1100 meter length) from Sayla Bhilwadi to State Highway-16 in the newly created Sayla Municipality.
