Alwar : Bhiwadi ADJ Court has given life imprisonment to 11 people while giving a historic verdict in a 20-year-old murder case. A total of 16 accused were involved in this case, out of which five have died. The remaining 11 accused have been punished with life imprisonment as well as a fine of Rs 10,000. This decision of the court has become a topic of discussion on social media. After the sentence, all the convicts have been sent to jail. Public Prosecutor Vishambar Dayal said that Bhiwadi ADJ Court has sentenced Billu alias Virendra (49), Khushiram, Leelu (64), Uganti (66), Vikram (49), Satish (55), Omprakash (59), Babulal (49), Mania (78), Rajesh (52) and Dharampal alias Dharam Singh (50) of Sheethal village to life imprisonment. Already five accused in this case, including Sher Singh, Virendra Singh, Shyo Ram, Siria alias Shri Ram and Meva, have died.

A case was registered in Bhiwadi police station on July 2, 2004 under serious sections. Kudiyaram, a resident of Sithal village, had told that he was harvesting mustard in his field when he was suddenly attacked. Amit Chand suffered serious injuries in this attack and died during treatment. Other members of his family were also seriously injured.

After registering the case, the police arrested the accused and presented the challan in the court. In this trial that lasted for 20 years, the statements of witnesses and arguments of both the sides were heard. After this, on August 30, the Bhiwadi ADJ court sentenced 11 people to life imprisonment and financial penalty.
