Vijayanagar resident councilor husband Laxmikant Chhipa said that all the women in the area have been harassed by a mad thief. Now the situation has become such that women are keeping themselves locked in the house not only at night but also during the day. The roof paths have also been closed.

Giving information about this incident of theft, Laxmikant Chhipa said that for the last three months, undergarments of women are being stolen from their homes in the area. During this time, the thief has taken away the undergarments of dozens of women. This thief is very clever and he takes away only women’s clothes along with other valuables. A complaint has been lodged in the police station regarding this. Also the CCTV of the area has been checked. That thief has also been seen in the CCTV installed in the houses. But he has not been caught yet. People say that he enters the houses through the roofs. Now the paths coming down from the roofs are being kept closed not only at night but also during the day.
