Udaipur : Vishwaraj Singh Mewar has been crowned as the next Maharana of Mewar. Vishvaraj’s tilak was done in the old fort of Chittorgarh where the entire ceremony was organized in traditional ways. Monarchy ended after democracy came. But this ritual is performed symbolically. During this, a 21-gun salute was also given. But after this, an uproar has arisen near Udaipur City Palace. Actually, Vishvaraj Singh has reached Mewar City Palace for Dhuni Darshan, but the controversy over this has deepened. Police barricades are installed outside the City Palace. Which the supporters of Vishvaraj Singh Mewar are trying to break and are creating ruckus. Vishvaraj Singh Mewar has reached there with many vehicles. But the police administration is stopping the crowd.
Why is Vishvaraj Singh Mewar not getting entry into City Palace?
Actually, Vishvaraj Singh has reached Mewar Udaipur City Palace with his supporters. Where there is a lot of crowd. However, the Trust had given permission to Vishvaraj Singh Mewar to visit the temple. But the Trust had said that only official people can enter the City Palace. Apart from this no one will be allowed to enter. For this, the Trust had also issued a notice in which it was said that only authorized persons will be given entry, only authorized persons will be able to have darshan in the temple. If anyone enters during a rally, creating ruckus or raising slogans, strict legal action will be taken against him. City Palace has also been closed for common citizens and tourists on 24th November.

But even after this notice, Vishvaraj Singh has reached Mewar Udaipur City Palace with thousands of his supporters. After this, the police administration is trying hard to stop them. However, it is being told that the supporters have broken the barricade.
City Palace and Eklingji Temple come under the Trust.
It is said that the temple is under Eklingji Trust, and the City Palace is the property of Maharana and Mewar Charitable Foundation. The director of both the trusts is Arvind Singh Mewar, uncle of Vishvaraj Singh Mewar. Arvind Singh Mewar has got this responsibility on the basis of his father’s will.
