After Sanchore, now the fight to save Shahpura, saints and religious leaders took command of the district save movement

Bhilwara : The politics that started on the districts created by the previous Gehlot government in Rajasthan has now reached the religion politics. The heat of the Save the New District movement, which started from Sanchore, has now intensified in Shahpura district, which was separated from Bhilwara. The villagers and enlightened people of the society have now handed over the leadership of the movement to the saints and religious leaders. This movement will be led by Jagadguru Acharyashri Ramdayal Maharaj of the international Ramsnehi sect. A meeting of people from all societies and sects was held yesterday night (29 September) regarding this. In which this decision was taken.

A new outline of the movement was created by taking religious leaders along

Amidst the growing anger against the government in Shahpura, a new outline of the movement is being prepared by taking together leaders of all political parties and religious leaders of all communities. Last night, a meeting regarding this was held at Ramdwara in the presence of Jagatguru Shri Ramdayal Ji Maharaj of International Ramsnehi sect. In the meeting, Shahpura District Bachao Sangharsh Committee unanimously decided to carry forward the movement under the guidance of saints, mahants and religious leaders.

Demand to maintain status

Before this meeting, on Sunday night, he met Jagatguru Acharyashri Ramdayal Maharaj at Ramnivas Dham, the main seat of the international Ramsnehi sect. He appealed to Acharyashree to become the patron of the movement to save Shahpura district. On this, Acharyashree said that historically rich Shahpura had the potential to become a district from the very beginning, but the fate played such that an area even smaller and less developed than Shahpura got the status of a district. From time to time Shahpura lagged behind in terms of development. In such a situation, there is a fear that the religious historical region Shahpura may lose the status of becoming a district, which it got a year ago. For this, he has also asked the local MP and other big politicians to convey their message to Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma to keep Shahpura as a district.

Jagadguru’s direct words, movement should not be undisciplined

The political, social and representatives of various religions of the area who came to meet Acharya Shri at Ramnivas Dham were urged to present their views in a disciplined manner. Jagadguru Acharya Ramdayal said that he is in favor of a disciplined movement. They will stand within discipline. He suggested that residents of other areas of Shahpura district like Jahazpur, Kotdi, Baneda etc. should also contact him for support and cooperation in this demand. Following the above suggestions, the representatives of Shahpura District Bachao Sangharsh Committee assured to work further under the protection of Acharya Shri and decided to appeal to all the religious gurus and saints of the area for cooperation in this matter.

Gehlot government had created new districts a year ago

It is noteworthy that various speculations are being made regarding the abolition of new districts created by the previous Ashok Gehlot government. The newly created Shahpura district is also not untouched by the murmur that started from Sanchore to save the new district. The movement started 3 days ago. The series of memorandum, vehicle rally and meetings is going on for the last 3 days.
