Know what is the whole matter?
The court gave this order on an application requesting to implement the order passed by the arbitration tribunal on January 21, 2020. In the order passed on September 18, the court had said that the instructions of the court were not followed. Despite repeated opportunities, the debtor has failed to comply with the instructions to submit an affidavit of his assets. The court agreed with the arguments advanced on behalf of the decree holder (DH) and found that this was a fit case to issue an attachment warrant against the immovable property of the debtor, i.e. Bikaner House.
