Ajmer Congressman gave memorandum regarding arrangements for 813th Urs.

Ajmer : Congressmen under the leadership of PCC member Mahendra Singh Rlavata submitted a memorandum to District Collector Lok Bandhu on Wednesday regarding better arrangements for pilgrims in the 813th Urs of Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti. Ralawata said that Ward 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 69 and 70 fall in the Urs Mela area. Debris and garbage should be removed from traffic routes in these areas.

During Urs, there is a need for 24-hour cleaning, stoppage of construction work, repair of cables and electricity telephone wires. Before the beginning of Urs, patchwork of the roads of the fair area including the Dargah approach road, cleaning of drains, repair and repair of leakage of drinking water lines should be done. For the security of pilgrims, arrangements should be made for deployment of policemen, CCTV, testing of food items by medical and health department, Annapurna kitchen for food at affordable rates. Due to the harsh winter, proper arrangements should be made for temporary rain shelters, tents, water, electricity and parking of buses at the rest stop for the pilgrims. Shivkumar Bansal, former District President of Minority Department Rashid Khan, Councilor Gajendra Singh Ralawta, Shakti Singh Ralawta, Munirchand Tamboli, Mukhtiyar Nawab, Amad Chishti, Rishi Gharu, SM Akbar, Sameer Bhatnagar, Rajendra Verma, Hariprakash Diwakar, Rishi Gharu and others. Also demanded better arrangements.
