Ajmer : Ajmer A fire broke out due to a spark from a stove raised by the wind in village Jilawara near Srinagar. Due to this, 5 trolley fodder got burnt to ashes. First the villagers and later the fire brigade brought the fire under control. It was fortunate that there was no loss of life. While heating water on the stove in the house of Jumma Baig, a resident of Jilawara on Srinagar Road, the fodder kept nearby caught fire due to the embers blown from the stove with the wind. Within some time, the fire spread rapidly and 5 fodder trolleys were burnt to ashes. It was fortunate that the fire was brought under control in time, otherwise five fodder trolleys kept nearby could have caught fire. As soon as the fire was detected, a crowd of people gathered at the spot.
District Deputy Sarpanch Barkat Baig informed about the fire at Srinagar Police Station. Police Station Officer Jaswant Singh informed about the fire in Nasirabad Gal. From where the fire brigade reached on time and controlled the fire. The villagers helped in extinguishing the fire with water tankers. There was no loss of life due to the fodder fire.
