Ajmer : Ajmer youth are not getting the benefit of doing two degree courses simultaneously under the National Education Policy. Most of the universities of the country are flouting the rules. UGC Secretary has sent a letter to all the universities asking them to start this. Under the National Education Policy-2020, youth have been given the facility to do two degree courses simultaneously. Its objective is to provide opportunities for quick employment and more studies in less time to the youth. For example, if a B.Sc. or M.Sc. student wants to study Labor Law or Criminology, he will be eligible as per rules.
Many universities. I am not the beginning
Many universities in various states including Rajasthan have not given opportunities to the youth to study two degree courses. The biggest reason behind this is migration certificate and TC-CC. According to the old rules, students deposit the migration money received from school or college-university elsewhere. After this, only after completion of the course or leaving studies, there is a migration issue to go to another institute. Despite the implementation of the new education policy, the university has not updated it.

There is a facility to do two degree courses as per the National Education Policy and UGC guidelines. We started in the Open University. There is no compulsion for migration. All universities should follow this.
