Ajmer : Ajmer BJP leader Rajendra Singh Rathore said that the issue of Shiv temple in the Dargah of Sufi saint Waja Moinuddin Chishti is like a storm in a tea cup. Now the court has given notices to the concerned parties on the petition. It is useless to talk before the answer comes. This matter should not be taken further. Rathore said this to journalists at the Circuit House on Sunday. He said that the petition regarding the Dargah is still in the initial stage. Everyone has the right to express their views and file petition under the Constitution. The court has only given notice and sought answers from the other parties. One should not reach any conclusion before that.
I am a grassroots worker of the party…
On the question of distance in the by-election, Rathod said that he is an ordinary party worker. Discharged whatever responsibility was given to him. The talks about my displeasure or staying away from publicity are imaginary. On the question of cabinet expansion, he said that it is a matter of the CM’s authority. Only they will decide this.
Congress has no issues
On the allegations and counter allegations of slip government taking most of the decisions by the Congress Chief Secretary and the bureaucracy, Rathod said that Congress does not have any issue. The government has taken many decisions in public interest. Decisions like taking the state’s economy to Rs 38 thousand crore, 125 GW solar energy production, bill to stop conversion and love jihad, one district one product are excellent.
Elections lasted for 13 months
On the question of not holding Panchayati Raj elections, Rathod said that the government is committed to One State, One Election. Congress conducted elections from Sarpanch to District Chief for 13 months. I am not interested in any board, corporation or other post.
