A notification regarding this was issued on 27 November 2024. Now we will be able to get rid of cases of dummy candidates, double applications and fraud in examinations. Earlier in September 2024, the Commission had also received permission from the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology of the Government of India to conduct biometric verification of the candidates through Aadhaar card.

Secretary said – important achievement for the commission

Commission Secretary Ramniwas Mehta said that through this, the Commission will be able to verify the identity of the candidate at various stages of the recruitment process, such as online application scrutiny, interview, counselling, document verification, written examination and appointment. In view of the cases of dummy candidates that have come to light in the recent past, Aadhaar Biometric Verification will prove to be a milestone in the credibility and working system of the Commission. On the request of the Commission, the Department of Personnel, Government of Rajasthan had sent a letter to the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Government of India on 8 May 2024. While acting on this, a link for Aadhaar verification was found for the purpose of verifying the identity of the candidates under Section 4 of the Aadhaar Act 2016 and Aadhaar Authentication for Good Governance Rules 2020. In this sequence, the Personnel Department of Rajasthan Government has also issued a notification regarding permission to the Commission to use it. This is an important achievement for the Commission.

The commission has made many changes

Let us tell you that the Commission has made important changes in the application and examination procedures to check the individuals and cheating gangs who violate the sanctity of the examinations. These include thumb impression during one time registration, live photo capture, OMR sheet. The fifth option, Interview, involves special procedures like board allotment.
