Ajmer : Ajmer: The police, which takes care of the human rights of criminals, often ignores the suffering of the common people. Entry of common people and patients into the Government Dispensary located at Police Lines is not so easy. The problem increases further when mothers have to pass under the chain through a gate that is just one and a half feet open with their newborn in their lap. The main gate of the Government Dispensary located at Police Lines is quite big but for the movement of patients, the door has been kept open to a width of only one and a half feet. Both parts of the door have been tied with iron chains. A security guard has also been deployed here. Although this arrangement has been made to prevent the entry of unclaimed cattle into the Police Line premises, the consequences are being borne by the mothers coming to the dispensary along with senior citizens and their families.
Investigation revealed that the then SP Devendrakumar Vishnoi not only posted a guard at the entrance of the dispensary to stop the movement of unclaimed cattle but also got a chain installed. Patients and their relatives coming to the dispensary now have to leave their two-wheeler outside to enter the dispensary. Not only this, disabled people, senior citizens and pregnant women have to pass through a one and a half feet wide door, under a chain, on a rough sloping ramp. This can become the cause of an accident at any time.
Senior citizens come in large numbers
Apart from the Police Line personnel and their families, people from nearby areas including Shastri Nagar, Civil Lines, Jaipur Road, Bhopon Ka Bada come to the Police Line Government Dispensary for medical consultation. Apart from this, retired employees and old people come to the Police Line Dispensary. Here in RGHS, they get treatment and medicines from the government shop without standing in the queue. There is no information regarding the chain at the entrance of the dispensary. If there is any problem in the movement of the patient and his family, then it will be completely opened up.
