Ajmer woman had gone to a wedding, thieves stole jewelery and cash from behind

Ajmer : Ajmer After chain and purse snatching, now a gang of thieves has created havoc in the city. Thieves are continuously targeting deserted houses and carrying out crime after crime. There is an atmosphere of fear among the common people due to these incidents. The thief gang committed theft in the Clock Tower police station area. The theft was discovered when the landlord returned. Police have registered a case on the complaint. According to the police, Savitri Devi, a resident of Usri Gate, went out of the city about fifteen days ago to attend a wedding ceremony. She returned to Ajmer on Thursday evening but locked the house and went to her younger daughter’s place in Kotra. On Friday morning, neighbors reported the locks being broken. Savitri Devi, who arrived after receiving information from the neighbours, found the locks of the house broken and all the stuff in the house scattered. On information, Clock Tower police station took stock of the incident site. The police registered a case of theft on the complaint of the victim and started investigation.

Thieves stole cash and jewellery: Savitri Devi’s son-in-law Jaiprakash told that the thieves broke the locks of the house and stole gold and silver jewelery and cash worth Rs 8-10 thousand and artificial jewelery from the cupboard locker. On information, Clock Tower police station reached the spot and took stock. The police is investigating the matter with the help of nearby CCTV cameras.
