Jaipur : Before the Lakkhi fair starting next month in the religious city of Diggi in Rajasthan, the state government has given instructions to repair all the roads of Diggi Kalyanji Yatra. This fair will start with a padyatra from Jaipur on 11 August and will conclude on 15 August with the padyatra’s flag being hoisted at the temple. Lakhs of devotees come to this fair and padyatra every year. Deputy CM Diya Kumari has given instructions to repair the roads of Diggi Kalyanji Yatra.
It is known that before the 59th Lakkhi fair and padyatra starting in Diggi in the coming month, all the roads leading to the temple will be repaired so that the pilgrims and other devotees do not face any problem. Deputy Chief Minister Diya Kumari has given instructions in this regard. Deputy CM Diya Kumari said that all the roads of the Public Works Department leading to the temple which have been damaged due to rain or any other reason will be repaired immediately so that the devotees do not face any kind of problem.

Project Director RSRDC Unit Tonk informed that the tender has been completed by preparing a proposal for patch repair of Jaipur Bhilwara State Highway and sending it to the headquarters. Soon the work order will be issued and its patchwork work will be completed. Similarly, the Deoli Kekri Malpura road and Diggi-Sohela road (from Sohela to Borakhandi) will be repaired by the concerned contractor as they are in the guarantee period. Instructions have been issued in this regard and it will be completed soon. Similarly, the patchwork repair work of Malpura to Pipni road will also be completed soon so that the devotees do not face any problem. Lakkhi fair is proposed to be organized from 11 August in Diggi Kalyan Ji, the main faith center of the state.
