Allegation of extorting money in the name of defending Hanumangarh case

Hanumangarh News Desk: A woman submitted a memorandum to the Superintendent of Police on Monday, accusing the advocate of extorting money in the name of defending the case. Najma, a resident of Nohar, said that she submitted a report against her in-laws at Nohar police station. Then Hanumangarh resident advocate Javed said that he will get challan filed against all the accused in the case.

For this he will have to pay Rs 40 thousand. On this, he sent 30 thousand rupees online to advocate Javed at different times, while gave 10 thousand rupees in cash. But despite this, advocate Javed did not get all the accused challaned nor did he advocate for him.

When he asked for the money back from advocate Javed, he said to give Rs 40 thousand to Nohar police station whereas he did not give even a single rupee to Nohar police station. Advocate Javed cheated him and extorted Rs 40 thousand from him in the name of defending the case.
