Elementary Education Director Sitaram Jat and Secondary Education Director Ashish Modi have instructed the DEO office to prepare the list of surplus teachers in all the districts by November 25. For this, 30 point guidelines and calendar have been declared. The list of vacant posts and places will be prepared by November 28 and it will be decided where the possible posting surplus is to be made. This list will be sent to the Elementary Education Department on 28th November and will be posted from 2nd to 6th December. The posting includes lecturers, senior teachers, teachers L-1, L-2, instructors, education workers etc. ADEO Mukesh Kirad said that the process of adjusting surplus personnel and teachers is going on and in this regard, a meeting of CBEOs of Umrain, Laxmangarh, Thanagaji, Rajgarh, Ramgarh, Raini, Govindgarh, Malakheda and Kathumar blocks of the district has been called.
A certain number of surplus personnel and teachers will be available in the meeting itself. In the adjustment, the sanctioned posts, working teachers and surplus teachers in English schools will be calculated as per the provision prescribed on 14 September 2019. English medium schools start from primary. For example, in primary there are 5 L-1 teachers. In the second year when class 6th will start in English medium, two more posts will be added. In this way the number of posts will increase according to the new class. In such a situation, to know the number of surplus teachers, the level and posts of the concerned English medium will be assessed. The order issued on April 30, 2015 will be considered as the basis for sanctioned posts and nomination for Hindi medium school.
