Alwar : Alwar Children studying in the Anganwadi center of Bahripur have been suffering the consequences of lack of coordination and arbitrary attitude among the officials of government departments for many years. Despite having their own building, children are forced to study in the kitchen room of a borrowed school. It is noteworthy that the building of Anganwadi center was constructed in village Baharipur years ago at a cost of lakhs. Despite the construction of the building, this building was not handed over for the Anganwadi center due to the arbitrary attitude and indifference of the officials of different departments. Due to which, even after years, despite having its own building, the Anganwadi center is being operated in the kitchen of the government school of the village. On the other hand, the vacant building has become dilapidated due to lack of maintenance.
The windows and doors of the building are broken: CDPO Ramgarh Neelima Pathak said that the windows and doors of the building were broken and its floor was also broken. Due to lack of paint, dampness has started appearing in the building. In such a situation, this building cannot be used to accommodate children. If it is to be handed over to Anganwadi by Gram Panchayat or Panchayat Samiti, then it should be repaired and handed over. Due to the functioning of Anganwadi center in the school, the kitchen related work of the school is getting disrupted, due to which the school administration is also facing problems.
Informed several times: In this regard, the villagers have informed the officials about the problem several times by visiting camps or offices. Despite this, this problem has not been heard by any official of the department. The villagers demand that the Anganwadi center should be repaired as soon as possible and it should be handed over as an Anganwadi centre.
