Alwar day temperature dropped by 2.2 degrees, 8 trains ran late by 2.42 hours

Alwar : It is cold not only at night but during the day in Alwar city. Due to the drop in day temperature on Monday compared to the previous day, the effect of cold has increased during the day. There was fog on the outskirts of the city on Monday morning. The maximum temperature of the city on Monday was 26.4 degrees and the minimum temperature was 12.5 degrees. In comparison to the previous day, the maximum temperature of the city dropped by 2.2 degrees on Monday while the minimum temperature increased by 1.7 degrees. According to the Central Pollution Control Board, Alwar’s AQI ( Air Quality Index) ranged between 80 to 104. Due to fog, 8 trains arrived in Alwar late by 2.42 hours on Monday. Due to this, passengers traveling towards Delhi and Jaipur by rail faced problems.

There was fog in the outer areas of the city till 10.30 am. The weather cleared around 11.30 am. It was sunny till sunset. The wind blew for some time in the afternoon. The temperature was recorded at 26.4 degrees at 2.30 pm. Its temperature started falling. As the day progressed, the effect of cold increased. According to the Central Pollution Control Board, the AQI of Alwar city remained between 80 to 104 from 12 pm on Sunday to 6 pm on Monday. According to Railways, Kishanganj-Ajmer Garib Nawaz Express was 2.42 hours late at 6.58 pm, Muzaffarpur- Porbandar Express was 2.34 hours late at 6.24 pm, Prayagraj- Lalgarh Express was 1.36 hours late at 11.31 am, Jaipur- Bathinda train 35 minutes late on Monday morning. 9.16 pm, Sabarmati- Delhi Ashram Express delayed by 28 minutes From 7.05 am, Bareilly-Newbhuj Alhazrat Express was late by 21 minutes at 3.29 pm, Delhi Sarai Rohilla- Porbandar Express was late by 20 minutes at 11.07 am, Jaipur- Rewari special train was late by 20 minutes at Alwar at 12.28 pm. On Monday, Newsalpaiguri-Udaipur City Express was running late by 6.48 hours, Muzaffarpur-Porbandar Express by 1.34 hours, Jammutawi-Ajmer Puja Express by 15 minutes. Due to this, these trains may arrive at Alwar late than the scheduled time on Tuesday. Passengers traveling by train should check the arrival of trains on telephone number 139 or Railway’s official app NETS before leaving home for the railway station.
